This is a pre-order. This nameplate takes 4 weeks to paint, fire, frame and ship.

Indulge in the cultural richness of India with Kalamkari, a hand-painted ceramic nameplate from The TexTile Collection. The earthy and warm design, inspired by traditional Indian textiles, adds a touch of beauty and uniqueness to your home.

Kalamkari fabric stands out for its earthiness that comes from the natural dyes used to handpaint it. That's how it gets its name too - Kalam (meaning pen) and Kari (meaning craftsmanship). Kalamkari fabrics are densely packed with beautiful floral patterns and characters, which is what this design is inspired by.

    Timeline+

Once you place your order, you will receive an email within 3-4 working days with the design in your selected size along with 3 font options that are carefully chosen to match your design.

After you confirm your selection, it will take us 3 weeks to paint, fire, frame and ship your nameplate.

    Care+

The tiles are fired after they are painted, which makes the colours permanent and safe from any damage. The tiles can be wiped with a damp cloth.

While the tiles are weather-proof, we recommend placing the nameplate in a covered area to protect the wooden frame from direct rain.
