To ensure the design looks balanced and legible, each size can accommodate a limited number of words:

• Compact: up to 2 words

• Wide: up to 3 words

• Square: up to 3 words

• Grande: up to 4 words

A house number is considered one word.

For example, a Compact nameplate can fit two names OR one name + one house number.

Please confirm and check all text carefully before placing your order.
Once the design is approved, we may not be able to make changes later.

Each nameplate is made in two stages: design and production.

Within 3–4 working days of placing your order, you will receive a design draft in your selected size along with 3–4 font options via email.

Once the design is approved, it takes approximately 3–4 weeks to paint, fire, frame, pack, and dispatch your nameplate.

Overall timeline: approximately 4–5 weeks from order to dispatch.

As this is a handmade process, timelines may vary slightly.

The ceramic tiles are fired after they are painted, which makes the colours permanent and safe for regular use.
The tiles can be wiped gently with a damp cloth.

While the tiles are weather-proof, we recommend installing framed nameplates in a covered area, as the wooden frame is not designed for prolonged exposure to direct rain.
